Return policy
1) Management must authorize all returns. Call for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. If the purchase is as a package price or as discounted price, there is no partial return, therefore there is no partial refund. Package must be returned as it was sold with no sign of use for a full refund. Restocking fee may apply. Shipping cost to return any order is customer's responsibility
2) Returns for any item on our site permitted within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions a, b, c & d (see below) are met.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and there would be a 15% restocking fee on any returns. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. Some video products, if found defective upon you’re receiving them, cannot be returned for exchange. Rather it must be repaired by a service center of the manufacturer in your area. No return on any TV, Plasma, DLP, LCD TV, Rear Projection TV, Receiver.
a) All returns must include original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
b) All returned merchandise must be in original brand new condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
c) All returns must include all the factory accessories that come with the item. For example a camcorder must be returned with its original battery, charger, cords, straps etc. no returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.
d) All returns must be authorized by LCDPLASMA DEALS call for authorization numbers and instructions prior to shipping any merchandise back. With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on the letter, and, on the outside of the shipping box.
3) Your receipt is good for all manufacturers’ warranties.
4) Your receipt will be necessary for any future warranty or insurance claims you may need to make. Please keep it in a safe place.
5) Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not by LCDPLASMA DEALS unless otherwise indicated on this receipt.
6) If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons; and call LCDPLASMA DEALS Customer Service Immediately.
7) We do not sell to resellers.
8) We reserve the right to limit quantities.
9) Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
10) We are not responsible for typographical errors.
