Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise, verification and credit verification by LCDPlasmaDeals.com ClubCredit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of upon verification unless instructed otherwise. During holiday times, we encourage all our customers to contact our sales department to verify the actual shipping time. It may take 3-4 weeks to ship any product during this holiday season. All orders except Televisions/Plasma TV's, and Heavy components are shipped via UPS, and when available, the tracking information will be provided in your online eAccount folio. We suggest you set one up to streamline your shopping experience whenever you shop with us.All new orders must be verified, we only bill you when your order is ready to ship. We don"t ship to APO"s or POB"s or to hotels. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket, and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of UPS delivery you wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.

Special Handling
Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling / insurance we will inform you by email/phone. If anyone declines to pay insurance, he/she may send us Bank Cashier Check or Money Order and take the risk of any damage during transit on their own.

To find out how much your order will cost to ship
You can simply proceed with your order, add all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart on that  screen you will see a pull down menu displaying all the different UPS Shipping options available for your order. Next to each delivery option listed, is the charge for that option. That way you always see the shipping charge before you enter any of your personal information. It's that simple.

Canceling an order before and after checking out
You can cancel the order process at any time while shopping by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item form your shopping cart. Once an order has been placed, processed, charged on credit card and sent your order to be filled by our shipping dept there is a 10% cancelation fee that will be charged to cancel the order. Any orders that are canceled before it has been charged and sent to be shipped will have no penelty.

Typographical Errors
LCDPlasmaDeals.com credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, LCDPlasmaDeals.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LCDPlasmaDeals.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
